It's old stuff. Levy remains under arrest and on bail, but is tonight abroad preparing Tone's next podium. Funny that, you'd think a bloke under arrest might have to surrender his passport and a generous squirt of DNA - but not Lord Jeans of Somewhere near Islington

Tone, meanwhile, has an interview with the Bill. Not under caution - phew! It means he's off the hook as far as charges go

It's all looking good, no?
