I asked the question. (This is the very first launch of the boat for sea trials.)

The smoke is caused by the propeller being too 'heavy'.

They are working on it, it's taking 700 RPM off.

The Engine is a VM 320HP

At thirty feet with a vm motor she could be based on an Arvor 280. Her hull (made in Poland) turned up on a lot of different boats
