I believe it is, but I just love it! reminds me of Jack lemon & Walter Matthau in grumpy old men with the fishing sheds on the frozen lake.

I imagine all sorts of goodies inside that shed ermm, wheelhouse, saloon area, full size cooker, proper fridge, couple of really large comfy armchairs.
