...of these forums that I have more stamina to deal with abusers of the facility here than the abusers have attention span to waste their lives attempting to mess things up.

The user ID Eco-warrior is banned and I have also started to take measures to track the person that is behind it.

Should anyone receive abusive PMs or see aggressive behaviour not in keeping with the aims of these forums I would appreciate early notification rather than public replies and posts.

Sorry Kim! The reason I made it public rather than come running to you like a little school kid who was being bullied, was simply because this forum is largely self-regulatory. I felt that the inbreds, inebriates, inmates... or whatever we are called would swiftly make their feelings known. I noted the response were restrained indeed jocular and in keeping with the general good natured content we have grown to expect here.

Yeh! But why pick on me? Others here are just as inane as me, in fact whilst I freely admit I am as daft as a brush... there are contributors here who make me look almost (note I said almost) sane.
I can only assume it is because I am a fragile waif like person with delicate sensibilties. Slim little dudes like me with our big blue eyes and blonde hair always get picked on.

Well - the face licking dog pic has a lot to answer for - if you will portray yourself as a bit of a softie I suppose it will open avenues that roughie toughie types like tcms and oldgits wont ever see. Perhaps its in the handle?
I've no idea what this is all about as I went sailing this weekend so have missed everything. Again it was warm and so I still haven't used the new eberspacher - I've even taken to disturbing Dear Heart in the midst of her slumbers to ask if she is cold and would like the heater on. Unprintable replies.

What time of the day/night did Ecowarrior get abusive? Steve 101 got naughty after 9.00, after a snifter or two.

Instead of an outright ban, you could impose a curfew, when the naughty boys have to be off this forum, and tucked up in bed.

.......hes a most unassuming chap .....I know this cos I visited Byron Manor recently and was surprised to find the gates had not been gilded but were plain black enamel just like the neighbours. On investigation I found that they were actually solid gold but had been painted black by the man himself so as not to appear ostentatious.....just how nice can a chap be....?

Hey Kim.I think you're being a bit foolhardy offering to 'guarantee all users'.......after all, you know precious little about the provenance of many here, and those you do know a little more about seem pretty dodgy characters so wouldnt want to warrant their performance .......maybe just 'assure all users' would have been a rather more prudent approach......./forums/images/icons/smile.gif
