Steve , let's not turn this into black tank or no black tanks issues or if there and pump out facilities or not . The bottom line is no one should pump out in an harbour or anchorage , even if it dirty . The one time someone pumped out the loo on our boat thinking we was on the black tank there where made to get In the dinghy with a bucket and pick up the bits , even tho there was no one anchor around us .
Affinite , yes your quite right there is a group of people who leave he marina and head for Tranguil bay and only move to get onto the Nelson for water ,
This place was spotless10 / 15 years ago clear water , no wrecks , now look at it , the cat wreck is an British boat left to die and so is the yacht in the Corner and it look like by the end of this year there will be a few more .
We only now go there for shopping or if we need parts , other wise there a lot nicer places
