Hi, and seasons greetings to one and all etc...santa dropped in the other day and gave my S24 Thanks Mum a new set of bellows. However muggins had to fitem!!!!..........for those who have not done this job before or wondering wether or not to "give it a go", i made a video of doing mine !!!!! ...........experienced guys (eg. hi chris... NO....i was not aware of that, but i asume that would envolve dismantling the top of the gearcase...something i,ve no knowledge of, however thanks for the "heads up"......regards steve

Spannerman wrote a how to guide, a few years ago now but its much easier than taking the leg off and very simple, worth searching for.

If you remove the top of the drive to change the bellows you still need to remove and grease all the pins or after a few years you won't get them out so easily. Its also a good idea to remove the drive so you can properly inspect the hoses and clean inside the transom shield.
