Leather Upholstery Repairs

I've got a couple of my leather seat cushions with a few small holes / nicks in. The chairs were only re-upholstered a couple of years ago so otherwise in excellent condition so rather annoying.

I'm wondering is it possible to get these repaired to prevent deterioration and if so does anyone know of anyone who can do this based in SE Kent (Dover area)
