leaking P bracket, boat in the water ...

actually not a sandwich contruction, the Sadler 26 is though. And I agree with all who said it needs a proper repair, thanks for all the comments and help. Going to get it sorted early next week hopefully.

Epoxy onto new GRP doesnt work the polyester resin needs to post cure before applying the epoxy if you want to have any form of success.
for a short fix there are "underwater" curing epoxies which might do the job but really the boat needs to come out of the water be dried out and repaired properly

There is no foam in the region of the P bracket, so all the boats are effectively single skinned there.

I have restored the photos on my website now to give you some ideas.

Sorted, beached the boat up on a high drying point for 9 hours, P bracket taken out, ground out the whole area, built up with glass and resin layers (with accelerator to speed up process), lateral bolt on the inside to cross secure, heavy lay up, then flowcoated. Then towed boat back to mooring to ensure no vibrations while drying out internally for another 24 hours. Went out to check tonight, perfect (see picture).

Thanks for all the advice and support.
