Robbins of Bristol (http://www.robbins.co.uk/) is the usually quoted source of teak.

Yes, teak decks can let in water through fixing screws, so a big BEWARE.

This water doesn't usually come out where it goes in. What it does is soak into the core material of the deck, making the deck heavy, wet, spongy and weak. If you even begin to suspect that the deck may be letting water through check (yourself or surveyor) very carefully the integrity of the deck structure. Repairs can be very expensive. Wet decks are a good reason to walk away, unless the price allows you to get them properly fixed.

TK is right, if the decks are leaking you would be better to leave this one! Unless you can get a very large reduction.
