The glands where the hydraulics pipes enter the transom are leaking when it rains (steady drip into engine bay as running down pipe and through gland) replacing the rubbers and or gland is going to mean disconnecting pipes etc, thought about packing them with either waterproof grease or silicon sealer any advise on best approach

are you really sure about that disconnecting?

your passerelle looks remarkably like mine (AIRMAR) if so, the gland is just squeezing the black plastic reinforced hose going in.
When I fitted mine, I just applied lots of sika and screwed it down.
The plastic gland is bolted onto the ss plate. You can carefully unscrew it, pull it out, undo the two bits, have a look at the rubber bit in the middle and decide how to proceed.

Don't see any need to disconnect the hoses for all that tbh.

further iirc most rams autovent by moving up/down, I think only the main ram (which is a single pipe push pull took a bit of time to sort it self out.

[feel free to discard all the above if your passerelle is different]

cheers
