Hi Guys, got a leaking centerboard on my 12 foot Burnham Scow.
Am planning to add more screws from keel, up into side of casing and also seal in some way. What sealant is best LIFECAULK? or any other suggestions?

If the case to hull joint is leaking it needs repairing thoroughly. Leaks in this area are notorious for precipitating rot and I would not be happy about just attempting a superficial sealing solution. I know it can be a big job to remove the case, dry everything out, treat the timber and reseat onto a bed of epoxy but it will produce a permanent fix. The other point to consider is that a breakdown of this joint is usually due to rot having already established itself or the case flexing so attention should be given to the bracing. Cracked or inadequate knees is a possible cause.

Apologies if I have misunderstood your intended methodology and all I have done is told you what you already know.

BTW, these comments are based on working with ply racing dinghies and not specifically your class of scow.
