lazy jacks

[TJAGAIN]

does anyone know how to make a lazy jack system for my boat (drawings, plans etc) . local swindlers seem to want an arm and a leg ,i thought i could make one cheaper but not sure where to start.

this is a subject that has been beaten into submission by various and I have drawn up my solution along with some others ..... our design still allows use of roller reef on main if required ....

It's not a difficult exercise ........ just takes a bit of care and measurement ...
