Laying Up Suppers - Ticket Prices

Quick survey:

Those that are members of clubs - what price are your laying up supper tickets this year and what do you get for your money?

Free.

You just take a donation to the buffet.

Only trouble is that all the old members don't go, as there no atmosphere, a few new members will turn up and site in little groups and talk to themselves, and the committee will sit there saying what problem.

Yacht clubs, there worse than family.

£9.50 each. Lamb something-or-other and apple cobbler whatever that is.

£9.50 beef and ale pie. desert, coffee and mints and a talk from a couple of members that went round the world and had a baby on the way<s>

£5.50 (Children £2.50).

Various Curries; Fruit Salad + Cream; Coffee.

'We' (ie the wives) do the catering ourselves.

New members always welcome!

Emsworth Cruising Association (Chichester Harbour). (do a GOOGLE search).

p.s We don't have a 'Clubhouse'.......hire local community centre for events.
