Laying down Supper - The Rose Shotley 27th October

As promised in another thread.
This is the place to make your reservation for the proposed Laying Down supper this year at The Rose Inn in Shotley Village.

This is a brisk walk up hill from Shotley Gate or a Minibus ride as provided by the Pub.

The Rose Inn has recently been taken over by Sarah (Ex The Shipwreck) from her uncle who still owns the pub.
She is creating a menu for us the I will have in a few days.

If there is enough interest I will make a club booking at Shotley for us.
That should get us a reduced rate mooring fee.

We really wanted to get to this and meet some of you. Sadly, we don't think our twins will manage to cope with it. If it had been a yacht club or pub near to the boat we could easily have slipped away early in the evening, but the venue and mini bus thing seems too much for us. Hope you all have a lovely time.
