the launch pictures say it all. you may remeber my email of a two months ago. your analysis sent me over the top. i purcased an elling 42. a 1992 version which had never been used, it was purchased by a doctor in wisconsin who had a hart attack prior to delivery. It sat in a waharehouse for four years. I am shipping the boat to British Columbia. It is on the road now. it will probably see the worst weather ever as the route from Wisconsin to BC at this time of the year is snow storm etc. At some point it has to cross over the Rock Mountains. I can not imagine this trip. The trucker (Red from Alabama) is unfazed by it all. thanks for your imput. If it makes it I will send pictures. The route if it was under 15' cost 9,840 US. since it measured 15'2", it could not clear the xpray bridges. the cost shipping went to 20K. In the end, the kids will get 10k less. bon voyage
