late 70`s italian boats to buy or not

if you've met some cowboys in england, there nothing compared to the italian yard workers ive met, untrained, no sense of responsibility, kudna givverdefuk etc, a lot of italian boats need rebuilding before there launched, think about that
wassermatteryou , why you look so sad
let me guess, you just bought an italian new /old motorboat

what about a cantieri?

cantieri is something you will find in all italian builders,
cantieri means building site and you also find it in land building contractors
like Cantieri di Pisa, Cantieri Baglietto, Cantieri Benetti and so on
bascially all builders have it in front of there name, especially those with there building premesis to the water

We met many of those in the 70s before the likes of Sunseeker were invented and other UK builders were producing canal cruisers, all the modern British boats have copied their style.

Superb styling with interiors to match and invariably finished in matt pastel paint and bare bleached teak trim.

I doubt they would be suitable for damp climates, but a good example in the med would be a thing of beauty today.
