safe haven home pontoon, after a close encounter with an IOW ferry in the fog, even she was at very slow speed almost no wash from her, are passenger vessels required by rules to drop to such a low speed in fog?

it's a club flag, in our case, a triangular shape, blue in colour, with a depiction of a rodent drinking from a cocktail glass, or some would say a champagne glass, but those that know, champagne is served chilled in flutes /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

thanks for the compliment, I like her, she's big enough to stay aboard for a week or so and small enough to be able to feed her without breaking the bank /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
