Laptop/DOS/WX fax prog.

I have an old floppy version of an ICS FAX III weather programme. The new lap top doesn't have DOS and I need it to run my old floppy. Any solutions? Tried Dosbox couldn't get it to work. Also tried the Sea TTY programme and it couldn't interpret the info from the SSB. Being IT disadvantaged doesn't help.

Sea TTY should work. You don't want to use a DOS emulator and an old DOS program if you can help it. Try Sea TTY on rtty first, should be easier to get going, then try fax after.

I have read my previous reply and its slightly "well it works for me" which is not too helpful

Junk the ICS and use JVCom instead. Its free.
