Lansdale Marine ?

my just retired father has got the desire for his first boat for a little summer fun.
he has found online a salcombe flyer dory with 25hp 4st engine and trailer on the lansdale marine website.

have any of the forumites dealt with lansdale at birdham nr chichester. my dad has taken early retirement due to health grounds so he needs as little hassle as possible when buying the boat.
It's up at £3k which appears to be at the top end of reasonable for the boat but before i go down and have a good luck around the boat i was hoping to get a bit of feedback from you good people.

I only know them as the people who run the chandlery at Chichester Marina. I think they took on the staff from when it was Peters. Don't know anything about the rest of the business.
