Do the water skiers still have their pontoon in the middle of the harbour up towards the bridge? I'm only a tiddler and I was thinking it might make a nice overnight tying up spot..

its still there, used to use it for a break when i had the sailing dinghy, keep on meaning to comander it and make use of there big bbq, but technicaly you should be a member of the waterski club to use it.

Never seen the seals in the marina, they must have got a bit lost! Still nice to see wildlife up close.

I'm hoping they won't be there overnight...

I'd be reluctant to use a waterski clubs' place overnight; sod's law you'd be spotted and they'll be there at dawn seeking revenge against all the places they're rightfully excluded from !

I'd swing from the hook around ' Nookie Island ' if only to grin and give the thumbs up to any others there...
