Fantastic food, superb service, not hugely expensive. Some will remember it as the Piano on the Wall bar. Walk up the main street to Clarkes shoe shop and turn left into the alley. Went there on Sunday, very quiet, in fact there were only two guys in there having a beer, we were about to walk away when the young lady behind the bar asked us in, made us feel welcome and the rest as they say......... Anyway its the best meal out I have had in years, give it a try!!

Used to be Preachers (with the Piano) believe it originally got shut down from neighborly complainst about the amount of garlic being used/smells.

Good to hear a reccomendation about Lanes, have always left it alone after some poor local reports, but in fairness that was a while ago, so will give it ago now!
