I purchased a wood boat a few years ago in hopes to fixing it backup one of these days. Unfortunately it was put into storage and most of the boat cant even be seen..

My bill of sale says it's a 1955 Ladd. It's somewhere between a 14 or 16 footer and the steering wheel is on the left. I can't seem to find anything on this boat. I'm trying to find the pictures I took when. I bought it and I will post them as soon as I find them.

I'm hoping somebody might know something about this boat and I will appreciate any help I can get on finding info on this boat.

More likely to be a US import, probably supplied as a kit. Ladd Boat Works was a California-based company which supplied kits for runabout-type motorboats: the 12' Fisherman, 14' Marlin and 16' Mermaid, all either with an open cockpit or a hard top over the helm. There was also the Meteor, a 14' ski-boat, capable of 30kts. All were constructed of plywood on mahogany, with a heavy oak transom for an outboard motor.
