Well it has taken a few years, but the expected price rise has happened.
A few years ago, this combined Marina and fishing harbour was run by the local 'county council' as are a lot in Andalucia. Then it was taken over by private money and prices were assumed to go up.
Now it has, a lot! At this time of year, one night on a yacht up to 12 m was around 14 euros with a bit more in the summer.
The visitor charge for less than a week now is over 23 euros a day. Then add water and electric (previously included) at 2.50, add up, put on IVA (tax) and the same one night is over 31 euros, so over double for, er, the same! :nonchalance:
As much as I like visiting there, I will now go a lot less. Bit bonkers, really.
