A few questions.

As he's nearing his 105th birthday, should he be buying stuff like this?

Is he on the pull?

Has he got the bottle to go WOT?

How long before he falls off it?

Does he know how much petrol and XD100 costs these days?

Does he know an ETEC mechanic charges £85 per hour.

With all those comments about hitting rocks in the Strait previously...you won't have an excuse now :p :D

Seriously mate, I hope the venture goes really well for you, good luck!

I'll be looking forward to a personal tour of the area one day :)

"Underwater Camera"

Does it have underwater lights too? :D Perhaps radar would be better in some parts of the Straits? Is there much interest in close-ups of mud with keel tracks in it? :p

Seriously tho', I do like the sound of that, it wouldn't be too expensive or difficult to set up (with a laptop monitor) on any boat & there is no reason to make holes in the hull, it could go on a stick over the side. I could enjoy that in a number of anchorages. Imagine watching the seals at Bardsey Island or in the Skerries lagoon, or watching Gannets catching fish off South Stack. How far can it see in clear water?

I reckon a U-tube video would be a great marketing tool.

Rushie, it's on a tether and the piccies come up on the biggish Garmin plotter
Not tried it yet, plus don't know how to set it up
The gadgett was origionally fitted to the vessel for some kinda survey work
The previous owner is away in his Greek villa at the mo
No doubt on his return he will explain how it works.
Tell yer what the 225 E Tech is summatt else:D
