Anyone heard or experienced these?
It's taken me years to accidentally stumble upon the make after seeing one in the Channel Islands. We were anchored in Dixcart bay in 2013 and they came in the morning after us. we draw c.1m and they were in nearly with us. guy said that they had a swing keel. Was a beautiful looking thing - real mix of modern and classic, looked like a 'proper' boat. But was nearly brand new. On the total off-chance that anyone else was in the CI's in July 2013 they were also in Alderney if you remember it! c.40ft, light blue hull
Second question I guess - isn't worth another thread....do the Dutch look after their boats incredibly well?
Same year we saw a dutch couple on a 33ft Van de Stadt in Yarmouth. their boat was early 1970's and genuinely looked like it had never been used. I look at pics of boats in Holland rated 'satisfactory' of the same year as mine that put me to shame.
