Christopher Rushbrooke (Kim) aged 81. Devoted partner of Jim Mignotte

The designer of the Rustler and Twister, two of the best and most admired "classic" yachts of the 20th centuary, and many other designs, as well as a founder of the famous West Mersea design firm Holman and Pye, died in hospital recently. The above notice appeared in a Cornish newspaper. (He was from an old Cornish family) I will raise a glass or two to him this weekend aboard Duette, one of his wonderful Rustler 31 cruiser/racer designs from the 1960s.

I second that... and likewise, designer (I think!) of the lovely Sovereign 35, of which I have fond memories of an example built by Uphams.
