I have aquired a clinker built Kestrel 22 for renovation. Any tips about the project and information concerning the history of the class would be most appreciated.

I too have just acquired a Kestrel 22 for renovation (East Sussex). Being moved to a nearby yard next week. I have hull plans copy from 1960 1in:foot scale, and sail plan 3/4in:foot.

Needs new side deck and cabin sides, plus repair to bottom after moving on her trailer.
