Keeping a boat in water July August at Marmaris

Does any one know any places in Turkey or Dodecanese where we can safely park our boat during months of July and August .guardiannage or other wise

I am told by Marmaris that they have over 1000 boats currently on the hard with 1 year contracts which will all go into the water and stay there for June July and August hence no space for others unless lucky . Surely there are other places off the beaten ( charter boat ) track /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Try Netsel Marina, Marmaris. They had lots of spaces last summer. More expensive than MYM, though.

Get it lifted out for those months, might end up cheaper and no worries....

Try Finike marina they always have space and its not expensive, 2 hour bus ride to Antalya airport with flights to the UK all year round. Good security.

Yes thought of that it costs about 600 euros but I would have to antifoul my boat again befor putting it back or so I am told particularly because of the temperature at that time
