Hello,

My boat has developed a small leak through the keel joint. I have checked the bolts and they seem to be OK (re-tighten and no sign of rust in the water leak) so I applied a temporary seal around the joint from Sica 292. However, I'm aware of issues with SS corrosion and I've decided to re-bed the keel at the end of this season.

I read a lot on-line about successful DIY projects but still, a job of this size fells like stretching beyond my comfort zone. Another problem is a distance as the boat is based in Scotland and we live Nottingham. Can anybody advice on a good yard in Clyde area that have done this kind of job in the past and could be recommended by forum readers.

Best Regards,
Pawel
