Keel bolt rust, okay or replace?

Hi All,
I am new to this world!
I looked at a boat today, it’s all pretty good, however I am concerned about the state of the keel bolts. Do they look like they need immediate replacement or would you live with them and not overly worry?!? Suspect it’s a negotiation point….
Any advice sincerely appreciated.

Welcome to the forum

That is completely normal in older boats which get water in the bilge. The bolt will be fine. If you don't like the surface corrosion then clean off the head and paint it.
