Rich you sure its the impeller......

I reckon he has just run out of coal.
Must have underestimated his consumption after all its a long trip to the brick works!

From what Liz said on FB " the Genny just stopped and the engine room was full of smoke and steam!"

Definitely lack of coal!

More gusting winds forecast for the weekend so not expecting to get out on the water but Brigid and I will be heading down to PD at the weekend anyway. Anybody know if any progress has been made getting the shore power back on yet?

I have a cunning Plan.... we could get an awning on the side of Tamsin over a few tenders, under the light (plus a few candles, girlies like them i'm told) and have a party at your gaff, Bev would think it was Christmas - gets you off the talking hook.

Kwackers and Roy (Lea forge of this parish) came to the rescue but to no avail, spent the next day or 2 chasing variousd faults around the feckin thing. After fixing about 5 problems we were stuck for bits. Just ordered a cooler end cap which was found to be split. The leaky exhaust water trap is going to get repaired since I found a replacement is £130
