Just when you thought you had seen it all

A quick way to engineer what is essentially a good idea for a lake/river boat. Not sure how well it would fare at sea with sea water in all those electric bits in the roof mechanism
but its a bit Top Gear /Grand Tour for me.

The silver mirrors Suggest it was actually an S4 so maybe the 15Ohp is actually underpowered?

Not sure it works anyway as I had one and there is no room in the back for anyone over 8

Amazing, when I was very young (like 12) growing up around boats and cars that's pretty much what I would fantasize about and beeing the ultimate boat...

Why is it that petrol heads expect boats to look like their bloody horrible cars. After all they don't make their cars to look like decent boats.

A toy for an over financially endowed and under trouserly endowed idjot. Indeed as a penis extension it fails miserably. Hardly the 'vehicle' of choice for doggin IMHO.

Why is a electric/hydraulic roof too delicate for the sea air, but a electric/hydraulic swim platform that goes into the sea is ok?

I am a petrol head, i love cars. I'm no fan of the S4 or any Audi as a matter of fact...they don't do it for me. I am not financially endowed but your assumption on the length of my penis worries me*. I don't know what an idjot is either? I agree it is " Hardly the vehicle of choice for "doggin".... dogging" as that would require people to tread water while peering into said boat. I do like the boat however impractical it is.

*Why do you have a thing with the length of peoples penises? :ambivalence:

Yes, because the durability of the materials used are totally different in the car and this borrowed car roof construct is not nearly as durable as the heavy duty hydraulic pistons you see on a lift swim platform designed to lift hundreds of kilograms.

I am talking from personal experience as i have had a folding hardtop om my Z4 that i owned right up to February last year when i sold it.

The intakes (?) on the sides look like they would just scoop water into wherever it is they lead to.

Would be nice if you had a house on a (freshwater) lake and worked/shopped on the opposite shore.
