Just one chart to make me happy!!

Further to my earlier thread.
I have rediscoverd sea clear on my laptop and got GPS and AIS working well.
Only issue is that my old 'visit my harbour charts are not alot of use in the med and the sea clear base chart is very small scale.
I just want to download a decent scale chart of marseille to Sardinia to use as a backdrop for AIS ( which the crew think is essentiall!)
Can anyone suggest a site where I can get this please.
