Just how many London cabs will fit in Maldon

A police bike waved me down at the A12/A414 junction lunchtime to let the London cabbie's disabled kids convoy go through.
I must have been there for 10 mins a least, and there was 100s of them, all covered in balloons and hooting madly.
What a great gesture, but glad I didn't need a cab in the smoke today.

Tell me about! I thought I'd go to the boat and do a bit of maintenance, but no chance.
Maldon car parks full, all the streets blocked with traffic, and never any parking space at the yard.
Still, good cause and now I can take a 320 mile round trip another day. I love driving.
