juno 560 lifting keel

On the cast-iron keel there is a wheel through which the lifting gear passes. As this sits within the water for considerable periods of time it is now disintegrating and starting to split.would anyone know where I can purchase a replacement wheel.

The same arrangement on the e-boat, try colingeddie@tiscali.co.uk as he has patterns for the keel casting and presumably will know what you need.

If it's disintegrating due to electrolysis you might like to replace it with bronze, almost any engineering work shop will turn you one.
