Junk rig, or junk journalism?

The boat isn't Junk Rigged today and seemingly never was. The article uses the term junk rigged twice. It's conclusive, no room for debate at all.

As was pointed out by another poster, there are many forms of junk rig and they don't all look like what we normally call "junk rig".
