My father has a 19' boat with a volvo outdrive.
He purchaced it a year ago; went to launch it last week
with not alot of success.
Basically the leg tries to jump out of gear with more than
tickover revs. Both forward and reverse. The gear selector
on the leg jumps and the leg sounds like a car gearbox when
you crunch the gears.
Anyone have any idea what to look at before he takes it
to a dealer?
