Joys of boating in the med!

Col, just you make sure you are back by the 31st, if not we are taking your wife off to to the Van Jammers without you!

Have fun and make sure you take some pictures.

Col here.
Can we have that 3 days of Baleric sun please?

Jon has just nipped back to the boat and left me to give an update.
We are held here waiting for the predicted 45knt winds in the Gulf du Lions to clear through during Fri, decreasing Sat ready for a Sunday departure. The plan is to set off to soto in one hit, which should take 4 days. The boat has been brilliant ( which means I haven't had to fix any thing more than the helm seat so far)
We will try and update as & when we can.

Hi Col

Wind cleared her in Sant Carles yesterday (Friday)
We are waiting for the sea to settle a bit today and then we are off to Barcelona with Warlock on Sunday to pick up some more well known friends.
Overnight in Barcelona and the weather looks good for a round Mallorca cruise next week.
Probably wont see you but you never know.
BTW Both Jennywren and Warlock will be transmitting AIS

All the best
Mike

Well the weather in the Eastern Med is just fine! Blue skies, no wind temps in late 20's. Rain forecast for Tuesday, but I'm heading home on Wednesday! Hay ho!!

Good luck guys and see you back home.

Mike,

Blast, if I had known you were going I would have joined you with Buster for the trip up to Barcelona..... hope you get a good weather slot!

If you get a chance before you leave, can you pop round to check on Buster! Hoping to get out to SCM in a couple of weeks (Now that the Donington Project is on hold) and may visit BBS.

Enjoy yourself, and no more racing with Nick..........!

John
