Yet again the Ultima switch has packed up... Solid state, sold as a 'fit and forget' replacement to the moving style ones.
Any joins are above any residual bilge water the wiring is in fact part and parcel of the large pump.... Called Johnson a while back, saying nothing on a boat is 'fit and forget', i stated they should last longer that a year or so but as I couldn’t find the original invoice they wouldn’t honour any warranty.
I'm a bit disappointed!
Any other comments, I might approach them again if a few people have had issues?
