Hi I have a Johnson 70 vro that drops its revs just as its about to hit top revs i just drop the throttle back and push it back up to go again . It does not cut out. I was told it was probably the inline filter , I have just removed it and found that the arrow on the filter is pointing to the tank and not as I would expect ,in the line of fuel travel. is my assumption of the filter being the wrong way around right and could this cause the drop on revs. Thanks.
