Thought I'd start by making the deck watertight as there are a couple of leaks, so I ripped out the forecabin head lining...You know that sinking feeling when you know things are going to get worse? I removed the fwd deck vent, the base for which disintigrated in getting it off. So I now have a 4" hole in the foredeck. The core is soaking wet so that 4" hole will probably become 6". Major surgery required.
