The Glorious 12th to 10 Dec we can take a punt at a Red Grouse should the fancy take us; Sep 1 to Feb 1 Grey Pheasant, and so on.

How about introducing similar seasons for Steel vs Plastic, RNLI vs SNSM, 1-2-Both switch vs VSRs, etc?

The glorious 12th (August) is the opening f the Grouse Season

September 1st is for Grey and Red-Legged (AKA Frenchmen) Partridge

October 1st for Pheasant and inland water foul (Ducks and Geese).

If we're to have "open seasons" here don't forget "Mobo vs Yachties" and "Cruisers Vs Racers"
