The fonts in that doc are so atrocious as to make it completely unreadable. Anyone know how to fix it so Acrobat reader displays it with other fonts ?

I'll see your 1973 Gentry and raise you a 2007/2011 Paton with added CFD. Cut to section 5.4 if you don't want to read it all.

Having read 5.4 three times, I still don't see its relevance to In/out haulers. But there again, I don't understand much else that is in that document - I now realise I am just a simple person, after all !!
