Jet Thrusters

I am looking into having stern thrusters fitted to Rubberduck in order to make docking easier for SWMBO and small son. SWMBO gets very frustrated that large son can cope but she cant. We have twin outdrives so a conventional stern thruster wont be very effective, & I am therefore considering jet thrusters in the side of the boat. Anyone know anything about these such as a UK supplier & cost ?

I can certainly vouch for the efficacy of sternthrusters. I have a conventional sternthruster on my Trawler 42 and it is extremely helpful for docking.

These look very good. I look forward to seeing them in action /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

They may be cheaper to fit than standard bow/stern thrusters as only 5 small hole in the hull need drilling.
