Jersey boats saved by neap tide

Just watched CI news. It appears last night the automatic gates at St Helier marina failed to close as the tide ebbed causing the marina to lose its water, luckily the tide was on neaps so not too much damage caused......lets hope no forumite suffered any damage.

Was this the Queen Elizabeth Marina ? I think they've had problems once before with the gates.
