Can anyone please comment on this boat, we are quite taken by it and are going to see one next weekend. I have read an owners report in the mag which seemed positive. Any experiences or thoughts you can share with me,

Thanks,

Barrie

What do you want to know?

For m to be able to help you I need to know what year it is and what engine it has plus I also ned to know what extras it comes with.

If the report you read was in MBM then it was my one. I owned one of these boats for 4.5 years and have been out from flat calm to F8 in her.

If you dont want an open discussion please send e a Private message PM.

The price is £ 52,000 ( bear in mind I,m in Sweden so the start price new differs as VAT is 25 % !!!!!!!)

If you can give me any tips or thoughts it would really help. This is our first boat there are just the two of us and we are now in the point of time where we need to make a decision after months of looking.

Our choices are either 1 - something we can do some touring in whilst we are living in Sweden. Or 2 - get what is called a styrpulpit ( a walkaround type like a Ryds ) and just use it for days out.

Basic logic if you use it more then the cost is relative !!

I look forward to hearing from you,

Cheers,

Barrie

Hej Barrie,
Re. styrpulpit types, we imported a Ryds 23 in 2003 with the AD31 diesel engine. It was a super boat for days out - 100+ miles a day was easy - and the accomodation was fine for the odd night out as well. It was a very very seaworthy little boat.
As you are in Scandinavia why not consider other Swedish or Finnish makes, most of which seem to have super build quality along with great practicality.
Have fun whatever you choose.
John.
