I'm trying to get hold of JB Yachting of Southampton, the canopy people. Tried all uasual routes, www, bt .com, MBY etc but no good. Any body here got their number?

You don't mean C&J Marine do you? They are OEM for quite a number of yacht builders / suppliers for canopies / cushions etc - but based in Chichester.

the reason he is busy is that he is doing my covers. plus extra covers to stop the covers being spoiled PLUS covers over that as well i think. Anyway, he's obviously far too busy, and djefabs is a twit for giving out the flippin number.

try Undercover, great work and they call back 02380 704044 John Hines, they have done a full canopy for me, a rib cover and a fly bridge cover, JB never called me back when I wanted a quote

Thanks everyone.
Jim did my covers 2 years ago, and did an excellent job. I know he's hard to get hold of but the wait is worth it. I know of two other boats at Port Solent that are waiting to be finished as well so I guess I'll join the queue. Maybe I should go into covers and canopies as well! Seems like theres an opportunity being missed!

And I have to say Phil, it is one superb job too!! Still waiting for JB to come & measure the cover for the JetSki, also the zips they repaired in the cockpit covers on Damn, have gone already, cheap plastic ones. So will use the number you prescribe I think, thanks. Paul
