Welcome to the forum, just thought I would bump the post up a bit.
Sorry I dont have any information about your boat but I would guess anything less than 3.5hp would be fine, I might even risk a 4hp 2 stroke at a push and depending on how much freeboard there was when loaded.
A forumite on here had one, it might be worth a PM to Emsworthy over on Scuttlebut.
