Jaguar 22 - what are they like?

If you want to know a bit more about the Jaguar 22 try this site: http://www.hastie.org.uk/jaguar/index.html I'm sure all the advise on alternatives is quite valid but as I bought mine as a first boat last year I have to say it has been very kind to me. The 21 is said to be a bit tippy but not so the 22 which becomes very reasuring when you put down the swing keel giving about 5 ft of cast iron to calm things down. The Catalina 22 is still built in vitually the same design today and taking all the clones in GB, Australia and S Africa is one of the most successful yachts in production so there is a hint there somewhere!
