Hi Folks,

Sailed past jack up barge in River Deben just above the water ski pier near the Ferry. Appeared to be driving a pile or may be soil sampling . Wondered if anyone knows what its for .

Surveying for cables from wind farm coming ashore at Bawdsey Cliffs which will be crossing Deben en route to Bramford.

I saw a similar vessel (might be the same) anchored in the Stour off Shotley on Tuesday night.
